Agenda is a boutique hospitality group with seven venues across Victoria and Tasmania, and more on the way. As the business has shifted towards brick-and-mortar projects, we’ve stayed close to what’s always been in our DNA: music, culture and bringing people together.
For us, sound is as important as food and beverage. So are atmosphere, design, service and the community around each venue. We create places with their own identity, built to feel local, stay relevant and give people a reason to come back.

Perched above Jan Juc, Birdy is a neighbourhood bar and dining room built around Asian-inspired share plates, cocktails and good company. Open seven days, it moves easily from dinner into live music, DJs and events, giving locals and visitors a reason to stay awhile.
BLOOM
GEELONG, VIC
Since 2018, Bloom has been Geelong/Djilang’s home of electronic music — an underground club built around sound, movement and connection. Powered by a globally recognised Funktion-One system, it pairs international and local programming with a stripped-back late-night hospitality experience every weekend.

Since opening in 2014, Captain has become a fixture of Geelong’s hospitality and contemporary music scene. The 362-capacity venue combines progressive programming with a relaxed bar setting, broad cocktail and packaged-drinks offering, and a flexible indoor-outdoor format built for everything from knock-offs to late nights.

Club Revel is Hobart’s Saturday-night home for electronic music, bringing a focused club experience to the iconic Grand Poobah since 2024. With Funktion-One sound, touring artists and emerging local talent, it delivers a reliable late-night destination in the heart of the city.

LAUNCESTON, TAS
Reggie brings restaurant, bar, laneway and late-night club together under one roof. Designed by Agenda with Tasmanian hardwood, moody lighting and Pitt & Giblin sound, it pairs share-style dining with a serious cocktail offering before the venue shifts gears after dark.

BENDIGO, VIC
Designed by Agenda, Sound is a two-level music bar in Bendigo, pairing a vintage-inspired lounge and broad drinks offering with an upstairs club. A custom fitout balances creativity and function, with late-night programming drawing around 500 patrons on an average Saturday.

LAUNCESTON, TAS
Purpose-built for functions in the heart of Launceston’s CBD, York St. Social is a flexible event space designed for celebrations of every scale. Tasmanian hardwood, polished concrete, velvet draping and mood lighting create a warm, adaptable backdrop for private events, parties and corporate functions.
